New Japan Pro Wrestling and STARDOM's first ever crossover show is set to take place on November 20, and three big matches have already been announced.

'Historic X-Over' will take place under the banner of both companies at the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, a new venue built to house volleyball at the recent Summer Olympics.

Several big matches have already been announced featuring major names from both NJPW and STARDOM.

Reigning Wonder of STARDOM Champion Syuri will team with 'Filthy' Tom Lawlor to take on Zack Sabre Jr. and Syuri's former stablemate, Giulia. One could possibly expect to see Giulia stand tall at the end of this bout, setting herself up for a title shot against her former ally.

Elsewhere, Hiroshi Tanahashi is set to team with Utami Hayashishita - both of whom have occupied similar 'Ace' roles in their respective promotions, even if Tanahashi has since perhaps given way to younger main eventers. They will take on the fiery team of Hiroki Goto and Maika - a great combination according to New Japan's official website, which states: "[Maika's] traditional Japanese aesthetic and warrior mentality should be a perfect match for CHAOS’ fierce warrior."

The third announced match will see mixed teams clash in an 8-person tag match. El Desperado and DOUKI will team with Momo Watanabe and Starlight Kid to take on Taichi, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, Tam Nakano and Natsupoi - an intriguing mix of babyfaces and heels.
