Report: Update On AEW's Plans For All Out 2022

Following the announcement that AEW and New Japan Pro-Wrestling would hold their joint Forbidden Door pay-per-view at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois on June 26, there was speculation that All Elite Wrestling might move their All Out show out of Chicago over fears of potentially saturating the market.

All Out seemingly won't be moving, though. Fightful Select reported that talent have been told the plan is for the Labor Day weekend pay-per-view to be held in the Chicago area once again. The planned venue is the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates. No specific date has been confirmed as of yet.

Outside of the 2020 edition which took place in Jacksonville, Florida, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, All Out has been held at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates. The venue also hosted 2018's All In pay-per-view that was organised by Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks.

The 2021 edition of All Out was AEW's biggest pay-per-view to date, drawing 205,000 buys. That show featured the AEW debuts of Adam Cole, Bryan Danielson, and Ruby Soho, as well as CM Punk's first professional wrestling match in seven years.
