Report: Talent Expect Toni Storm To Sign With AEW

After leaving WWE in December 2021, reports have emerged that Toni Storm could have a new home on the horizon in AEW.

Per a report from Fightful Select, Storm is ‘outright expected’ by several talents to join AEW, with the company believed to have significant interest in the former NXT UK Women’s Champion. What’s more, it’s been reported that numerous wrestlers in AEW have been pushing for Storm to be brought into the company.

Storm walked out of WWE in December 2021, with reports suggesting that Storm had burnout. Storm subsequently got married and launched an OnlyFans page, with the belief that she earned tens of thousands of dollars within 24 hours of launching her page.

To that end a deal between AEW and Storm would make sense, as Storm would likely be able to keep her outside interests and obligations, whilst AEW’s lack of a house show loop would mean a lighter schedule.

AEW have promoted that a new signing will appear on tonight’s March 30 edition of AEW: Dynamite, facing The Bunny in an opening round match of the Women’s Owen Hart Cup Tournament.
