NJPW have announced the dates for the upcoming 2022 G1 Climax, with the 32nd edition of the tournament set to return in its traditional July/August spot.
The 2020 and 2021 G1 Climaxes took place in September/October, with the former intended to avoid a clash with the Tokyo Summer Olympics before it was ultimately postponed until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year’s G1 Will begin on Saturday July 16, with the finals set for Thursday August 18 at the Nippon Budokan.
