During today's G1 Climax 30 show, Tetsuya Naito faced off against YOSHI-HASHI, EVIL clashed with Juice Robinson, SANADA went one on one with Zack Sabre Jr., and Hirooki Goto took on Toru Yano.

New Japan Pro-Wrestling also announced during the show that World Tag League and Best Of The Super Juniors 27 will run concurrently following Power Struggle on November 7. The respective tours are scheduled to begin on November 15 and conclude on December 11 at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, Japan.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, World Tag League and Best Of The Super Juniors 27 will take place on alternating nights for much of the tour. All tournament participants will compete on the opening night on November 15, but they will not meet up again until the final round of league matches on December 6. The finals of both tournaments will then take place on December 11 at the Budokan.

Best of the Super Juniors 27 was originally scheduled to take place earlier this year from May 12 to June 6, but the tour was cancelled because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
