Lance Archer Provides Update After Scary Landing On AEW Dynamite

Lance Archer provided an update on his condition after landing badly off of a moonsault during Saturday night's Dynamite in Orlando.
Archer was wrestling Eddie Kingston in the opening round of the World Title Eliminator tournament. Several minutes into the bout, with Kingston grounded, Archer went to the top rope and attempted a moonsault. However, Archer ended up under-rotating on the flip, and his head was the first body part that made contact with the canvas.
Referee Bryce Remsburg immediately attended to Archer, who was barely moving. He eventually managed to roll outside the ring, where company doctor Michael Sampson came over to check on him. Some time passed before Archer rolled back in, to which Kingston immediately rolled him over into a magistral cradle for the pin.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported that Archer was able to walk to the back under his own power.
Archer tweeted some time after the match, "Listen. We choose to do this and take our health n lives in our hands every night. I’ve done that move hundreds of times over my career. Just under rotated. Coulda been MUCH worse. Thank you to ALL at @AEW for taking AMAZING care of me and protecting me. I’ll BE BACK!"
