Julia Hart Made History With TBS Title Win At AEW Full Gear

Julia Hart made history at AEW Full Gear this past weekend. Her TBS Championship win over Kris Statlander and Skye Blue represented her first ever title win in wrestling, but the House of Black member also set a new company record in victory.

As noted by Haus of Wrestling, Julia's win makes her the youngest ever champion in company history. The previous record was held by Riho, who was 22 years of age when she became the inaugural AEW Women's World Champion in 2019. Julia is currently 22, but is younger than Riho by a few months.

Julia's triple threat victory makes her the third TBS Champion, following reigns by Statlander and inaugural champion Jade Cargill (now signed to WWE.)

The AEW Women's World Championship also changed hands at Full Gear, with "Timeless" Toni Storm defeating Hikaru Shida to win the title for a third time.

No other titles changed hands on the show, although The Young Bucks did lose their number one contender status to the AEW World Tag Team Championships. They were defeated by Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega, who will presumably now go on to challenge reigning champions Ricky Starks and Big Bill.
