Jon Moxley has joked Kenny Omega can't 'make an exploding ring worth a sh*t' following the lacklustre end to their match at AEW Revolution 2021.

After Omega had retained the AEW World Heavyweight Championship against Moxley, courtesy of a One-Winged Angel onto a steel chair and some help from The Good Brothers, the trio beat down the former champion and left him in the ring as the clock ticked down to the final explosion of their Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match.

Eddie Kingston ran down to help his former rival but, unable to get Moxley away from the impending explosion in time, shielded him from the impact, only for the final bang to go off with a whimper.

Taking to the mic in the aftermath of AEW Revolution, Moxley credited the underwhelming explosion to Omega's lack of bomb-making skills.

He said: "Jacksonville, I think me and all y'all can agree on one thing. Kenny Omega may be a tough son of a b*tch, but he can't make an exploding ring worth a sh*t!

"I've seen more dangerous sh*t on 'Ridiculousness' on MTV! What the f**k was that? I'm still standing b*tch!"
