Jon Moxley & Sami Callihan To Face The Wolves At Wrestling Revolver Event

The Forbidden Door has been breached once more, as AEW’s Jon Moxley is set to team with IMPACT Wrestling’s Sami Callihan as The Switchblades to take on a reunited American Wolves - IMPACT’s Eddie Edwards, and MLW’s Davey Richards.
The two teams are set to clash at Wrestling Revolver’s Tales From The Ring event on October 30, marking the first time Moxley and Callihan will have teamed since 2011, when the two wrestled across the Indies as the Switchblade Conspiracy.
This will also mark the first time the The Wolves have teamed together since January 2017 in IMPACT Wrestling. The two subsequently split and feuded, before Richards took an extended hiatus from the wrestling business until coming out of retirement earlier this year.
Moxley recently trademarked the terms ‘The Switchblades’ and ‘Switchblade Conspiracy’ for merchandising purposes. Whether this means this reunion is a one-off or will lead to more matches is anyone’s guess, but with AEW and IMPACT on very friendly terms, never say never.
