Jack Perry has won his first match in New Japan Pro-Wrestling and he has a new faction.

Perry made his full NJPW in-ring debut at New Japan's 52nd Anniversary Show on Wednesday, March 6, facing Shota Umino in the first round of the New Japan Cup. Perry made his way to the ring wearing a goat's head and he was in control of much of the match against Umino but Shooter fired back down the stretch.

Umino was cut off, however, after Yoshinobu Kanemaru distracted the referee and Ren Narita decked his former rival from behind with a reinforced bat. This allowed Perry to connect with a Running Knee for the victory over Umino.

That looked to be it but the rest of House of Torture suddenly made their way to the ring and handed one of the faction's t-shirts to Jack Perry. The former Jungle Boy accepted the invitation to join the stable and he stood over Umino with his new faction mates before heading backstage.

Perry had been a key part of All Elite Wrestling until his suspension following a backstage brawl with CM Punk at All In on August 27, 2023. The fight led to CM Punk's firing and Perry was suspended without pay, although he is no longer suspended by the promotion.

Perry made his full NJPW debut at Battle in the Valley in January, attacking Shota Umino and unveiling his new "scapegoat" character. He then ripped up his AEW contract. Following his participation in the New Japan Cup, Perry is set to be in action at Windy City Riot in Chicago on April 12.
