With Hard to Kill on the horizon, IMPACT furthered several storylines heading into their first PPV of 2023. In the IMPACT World Title scene, Bully Ray continued to show more of his true colours with several violent acts, beating down old rival Tommy Dreamer with the help of John Skyler and Hotch, forcing the ‘Innovator of Violence’ to be taken to the back by medical staff. Bully Ray is set to face IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander at Hard to Kill.
As for Alexander, ‘The Walking Weapon’ successfully retained his title in a hard fought win over long-time rival Moose, but IMPACT World Tag Team Champions Heath & Rhino couldn’t keep hold of their gold, dropping the belts to The Motor City Machine Guns.
IMPACT Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace and Mickie James were on the same page as they overcame Tasha Steelz and Savannah Evans in tag action, but Mickie laid out the champ with a superkick post-match, with Mickie and Grace set to face off in a Title vs. Career Match at Hard to Kill.
