After announcing the return of Knockouts Knockdown on October 9, IMPACT Wrestling has revealed the announce team for the upcoming all-women show.

As revealed on Twitter, former Knockouts Champion Mickie James will be providing colour commentary, alongside Veda Scott on play-by-play analysis, whilst Melissa Santos will be handling ring announcer duties.

The event will be taped this weekend at the IMPACT Zone in Nashville, and is set to feature the likes of Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo, Mercedes Martinez, and Lady Frost, whilst a Monster’s Ball match has been announced in tribute to the late Daffney.

James has been working off-and-on with IMPACT as of late, whilst also overseeing the expansion of the NWA women’s division, having helped produce the all-women’s EmPowerrr event this Summer.

Veda Scott will be making her third appearance at a Knockouts Knockdown event, having competed at the second and fourth iterations of the event, losing to Gail Kim and Rosemary respectively.

Former Lucha Underground ring announcer Santos has worked for IMPACT before, most notably alongside real life husband Brian Cage, where Santos was bottled by Sami Callihan in storyline.
