EC3 & Lacey Evans Have Matches On Last Night's WWE Main Event Taping
That's one way to make a main roster debut...

As most of you will know, WWE records episodes of Main Event before Raw takes to the air. During this week's taping, rather surprisingly, NXT Superstars EC3 and Lacey Evans both had matches ahead of their respective moves to the main roster.
Lacey lost a match to Natalya, while EC3 defeated Curt Hawkins - @MrJacobCohen on Twitter noted that there were duelling "let's go Hawkins" "EC3" chants during the match, so read into that what you will.
Evans and '3' are two of the six NXT Superstars moving to the main roster in the coming weeks, alongside Tucker Knight & Otis Dozovic of Heavy Machinery, Nikki Cross and Lars Sullivan. At the time of writing, we're not sure which brand the NXT folks are heading for, although, Nikki has appeared on a few SmackDown live events, and obviously Lacey and Ethan have now appeared on Raw's 'B show' so we can assume they're headed for the red brand... only time will tell.
It looks like the moves aren't too far away from happening as Evans had her last NXT match alongside Aliyah in a losing effort to Kairi Sane & Xia Li on Sunday night. EC3's last NXT match saw him team with War Raiders to defeat Undisputed Era.
