Don Callis' Next Target Revealed On AEW Dynamite

Whilst Don Callis’ war against Kenny Omega has shown no signs of slowing down, on the September 13 edition of AEW Dynamite Callis revealed who his next target will be for Konosuke Takeshita to destroy.

Takeshita is on a hot streak after pinning Kenny Omega at both All In and All Out, and will be hoping to keep his streak going after Callis revealed that his family’s next target will be Kota Ibushi.

Callis revealed a painting on Dynamite showing Ibushi begging for his life as Takeshita attacks with a sword, with Callis revealing that the two will go for Omega’s ‘heart’, vowing to spill Ibushi’s blood whilst Kenny sits at home ‘like a cuck’. Callis then stabbed the painting with a screwdriver.

If this will lead to a singles match between the two is unknown, or if Callis simply wants his new ‘Alpha’ Takeshita to ravage Ibushi for his own enjoyment. Although Ibushi and Takeshita have shared a ring as both partners and opponents on over 30 occasions, they have only clashed in singles competition twice, with their last bout occurring in DDT Pro in 2014. Ibushi beat Takeshita in both of their previous singles encounters.
