Deonna Purrazzo Believes MJF-Britt Baker Confrontation Was An 'Isolated Incident'
Deonna Purrazzo also feels the AEW locker room doesn't get the credit it deserves

Deonna Purrazzo believes the confrontation between her AEW colleagues MJF and Britt Baker was simply an "isolated incident" and she thinks the locker room doesn't receive the credit it deserves for generating a supportive, encouraging environment.
"I think this was just kind of one instance that sparked a lot, a lot of drama, and also kind of took on a life of its own. The rumour mill starts going and things aren't as they were, you know what I mean? And people add their own two cents and it makes it way bigger than it was. I think this was an isolated incident, because everything else that I've experienced in this locker room is supportive, is encouraging, is a lot of camaraderie. We just recently celebrated people's birthdays, we had birthday cakes and sang. I feel like this locker room doesn't get as much credit as it deserves for that type of camaraderie," Purrazzo said during an appearance on She Digressed: Stephanie Chase on Wrestling.
"I don't know what it was like before. I can only speak to my experiences. But I feel like, again, it doesn't get enough credit that it deserves," Purrazzo added.
Britt Baker and MJF reportedly had a confrontation backstage at AEW Dynamite 250 on July 17. The incident occurred after Baker reportedly tried to bury Will Ospreay and MJF in the women's locker room in front of MJF's fiancee Alicia Atout during their one-hour match. MJF found out about the comments through Atout and this led to multiple confrontations involving Britt Baker, first with Atout and then MJF.
Britt Baker was suspended following the incident while MJF was not due to the feeling he was defending his fiancee. Baker has since returned to AEW TV.
