Heyman is now the Executive Director of Monday Night Raw, with Bischoff the Executive Director of SmackDown Live.

Essentially, both men will be heading up the creative process for their respective brand before reporting to Vince McMahon who will have the final say as to what appears on each show from week-to-week.

Former SmackDown Live Women's Champion Charlotte Flair has been speaking about the pair's new roles with the company to

and believes it's a great move: “I think it is great, and they are both very talented men with creative minds, but we have so many writers and people that work with us on creative. It is exciting, but it is doesn’t change my role.

“However, having two people that have been a part of the industry for so long and seen the changes and been with different companies and back, I think that it adds a lot to them being really good in that role and helps bring new stories.”
