Britt Baker Reveals The After-Effects Of Her AEW Unsanctioned Lights Out Match With Thunder Rosa

Britt Baker has revealed the after-effects of her Unsanctioned Lights Out Match with Thunder Rosa.

Baker and Rosa went to war in March in what was one of All Elite Wrestling's most violent and highly-praised main-event ever, with all manners of foreign objects used throughout the bout.

An iconic image of Baker with blood pouring from her head and face was frequently shared on social media following the bout and Baker has now spoken about how she was physically in the days after the match.

Speaking with guests in attendance at Steel City Comic Con, Baker said: "Oh my God, I go to the gym religiously every day. I didn’t go to the gym for a week, did not even walk on the treadmill, nothing. I just laid around for a week because I was in so much pain.

"I did go to work though. I went to the dental office three days after and I had thumbtack pinpoint holes down all my arms and everyone’s like, ‘What happened? Like why do you have holes all over you?’ So that was an interesting conversation. ‘Well there was these thumbtacks?’ ‘Like what do you mean thumbtacks? What are you doing with thumbtacks?’"
