Andrade El Idolo Admits He Feels Stagnant In AEW
A good schedule and contract but Andrade El Idolo wants more
Oct 4, 2022
Ahead of a Mask vs. Career Match on the October 7 edition of Rampage against Dark Order's 10, Andrade El Idolo has admitted that he feels "a little stagnant" in All Elite Wrestling.
Speaking with Más Lucha, Andrade stated that he likes his AEW contract and schedule but he ultimately wants more now that Rush has joined him in the promotion.
"Right now I feel a little stagnant. I feel like I want more. I feel like although I have a good contract, the schedule is good. I like the schedule because WWE was inhuman, it was quite a lot. People cannot imagine, they think because he is fighting on TV, it is the only time he fights. There are non-televised matches in other cities, other countries. Right now it's difficult because I want more. I feel like I want more now that Rush is back. It's the pressure that we want more," Andrade said.
El Idolo has been a part of AEW since June of 2021. He has spent his entire run in the mid-card, although he has had feuds with the likes of PAC, Darby Allin, and Cody Rhodes.
