Alex Reynolds Knocked Out During AEW: Dynamite
A scary moment in the main event...
Oct 22, 2020
In the main event of Dynamite, The Young Bucks, Private Party, The Butcher & The Blade and Alex Reynolds & John Silver faced off to determine the number one contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
A scary moment happened towards the end of the match with Alex Reynolds and Private Party. Both Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy combined to hit The Dark Order member with Silly String and they followed up with a Splash-Leg Drop combination from the top rope. Kassidy's leg landed on Reynolds' face, though, and he was knocked unconscious. The former Beaver Boy's body went limp after the move and The Blade had to drag him to the corner to tag him out of the match.
AEW's medical team didn't rush to help Reynolds and he lay unconscious at the edge of the ring while the other tag teams did spots around him. He eventually regained consciousness after 30-40 seconds and performed one more spot with The Young Bucks before receiving medical attention from Dr. Michael Sampson.
After Dynamite went off the air, Cody came to the ringside area to check on Reynolds and The Dark Order member left Daily's Place under his own power.
