Matt Hardy has predicted Adam Cole will be revealed as the man under the mask as All Elite Wrestling's 'Devil.'
"If I had to guess, [Adam Cole] would be my guess... I genuinely don't know. That is just based on general storytelling and where I think they're going. Those guys bonded. They have a really intriguing dichotomy," Hardy said on his Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast.
The former TNA World Heavyweight Champion is also intrigued by The Devil's minions, noting it might be Roderick Strong and The Kingdom.
"Could it be The Kingdom and those guys tied into it? Possibly. Like a new faction, the Undisputed Kingdom Era supergroup. I'm just not sure who the guys are gonna be," Matt added.
The Devil has terrorised MJF in recent months on AEW TV, first taking out Bullet Club Gold before turning their attention to The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn. Speculation has tipped The Devil to be anyone from MJF himself, Adam Cole, Roderick Strong, Britt Baker, and even CM Punk.
Unlike past instances of revealing masked wrestlers, the wrestler who will be unveiled as The Devil is currently under the mask.
